Think Outside The Box

As a neurodivergent person I've had to come up with creative ways just to exist in this society that wasn't made for people like myself. The idea of thinking outside the box has been on my mind a lot lately.

While I was creating this piece I didn't have any idea what it was going to look like in the end. I wanted a gold box to add onto, but my gold marker was not working right. It was either not drawing or just leaking gold everywhere. I thought outside the box, and just went with it. I started smearing the excess ink, and it started coming together. 

Adding the silver over the gold made such a cool contrast. the gold and silver work together, and have such a nice reflection
